You run it
- A Google Sheet and a one-click AI prompt
- You paste the draft back in
- You download the PDF
The link is in your inbox too. Not there? Check Promotions or Spam.
- Click the button above, then Make a copy. It saves to your own Google Drive.
- Download the file, then open Google Drive, upload it and choose Open with Google Sheets.
- On the Settings tab, type over the example with your business, terms and tone. You do this once.
- On New proposal, fill in the client, their problem, your scope and your prices.
- Click Open ChatGPT or Open Claude. Copy the answer and paste it into cell A2 on the Paste draft tab.
- Read the Proposal tab, fix any [CHECK] notes, then File, Download, PDF.
